Second account, idea to start over but i messed up on that too, then i saw the HDD format and used it. I came back to the first account as soon as i knew how to play better.

HDD Format? obviously i know what a format is, what does it do here on THP tho?

IT deletes all files but you can chose to change IP when you do it. But only once in a week.

And its allowed to have multiple accounts if they have nothing to do with each other in the game. No coordinated attacks on someone. No connections between the accounts.
