as it is look at the list of things being done, that is what is being done currently, however i think that it takes a bit more precedence than that (just my opinion >.>)

As a new player I'm glad that the option exists. Some joker put spyware on one of the public servers where I spend a lot of hard work of getting a single adware spammer on. The level being high enough that I don't have the resources (yet) to remove it. So the only way for me to get money from my spammer is to take over the spyware.
