what it would do now: defeat sniffer, and automatically change your i.p.
how to defeat: better sniffer, better undeleter

how does it remove functionality? it encourages people to get a better log deleter >.> and cheat? no, there are programs that do the same thing in real life

he means change ip as in change the ip on your log.

although to what end this would achieve (bouncing anyone?) i don't know
