Several secret servers will be filled with adwares, with the tag # Donn.

I would like to ask the competition to leave these alone. In return, I will not disinfect any virus also.

If you doubt that the adware belongs to me, you may of course contact me so you can verify.

The Baskin-Robbins ice cream parlors started as separate ventures from Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins, owning Burt's Ice Cream Shop and Snowbird Ice Cream respectively. Snowbird Ice Cream featured 21 flavors, a novel concept for the time. When the separate companies merged in 1953, this concept grew to 31 flavors.

Baskin-Robbins is known for its "31 flavors" slogan. The idea for having 31 flavors came from the Carson-Roberts advertising agency in 1953, along with the slogan "Count the Flavors. Where flavor counts." 31 was also more than the 28 flavors then famously offered at Howard Johnson's restaurants. Burt and Irv also believed that people should be able to sample flavors until they found one they wanted to buy ― hence the iconic small pink sthingy. During a now famous promotion, Amy Boggioni led a group of three who finished 31 scoops of all 31 flavors in under 31 minutes.

No seriously. I'm inactive as hell and do want to have some fun, so I'm installing some virii.

I see an SGP Adware AV being used and because I think nobody is able to mess with SGP at the moment, I assume SGP is behind the disinfecting.

Because I am so nice to think so highly of SGP, I am considered, by the leader of SGP, to be smoking crack pipes.

Excuse me for not thinking less of SGP.

A simple "Well Donn, our adware AV probably got stolen and we have no idea who's behind this" would have been very nice of you.

Sorry to have offended you so Donn, however I thought your statements were made in jest.

To my knowledge SGP members are not attacking your virii.  We are instead dealing with other issues at the moment especially with several of our members dealing with the current state of affairs in real life.

If there was some actual problem I would have expected you to bring it to me like you have done in the past.  So I am sure you can see how your comments could be taken as simple jesting.

If you would like me to look into this matter please contact me via pm.  I have loads of AP begging to be used.

Also even though you could not show me even the slightest bit of courtesy or respect, I did PM you with a message from my XO that gives the current IP of the offender which he used his AP to protect your virii.

I feel i must apologise for my previous post, although it was quite vague...
is what i actually intended to write, but i was rushing between tabs, and after re-reading your post, i wasn't actually too sure how to take it.

I have come across several renamed servers with SGP named AV software there, and i can fully assure you that none of them are ours...quite simply because our AV software doesn't have SGP in the name :7:

I dont want to sound like a glory-hog or anything, but I feel i must say, the pm with the Disinfector IP, that Ebolla spoke of before was down to me, i have been tracking that particular culprit for a while, along with a few others, and only out of respect for you, Donn,  i also stopped the Disinfects on your virii, and i sincerely hope you do not include me in the group of people who would laugh at you or even pay you disrespect.

Judging by other people's views on us, im assuming that, by 'traits' you mean things like, unruly behaviour and general nastiness?

However that is just people's opinions on SGP, that is not how we are at all, we set ourselves goals, and will do anything to reach them, if we end up stepping on a few toes here and there then so be it, after all, you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs :laugh:

Actually no Triadian, you are wrong. The general opinion of SGP has changed very slightly from back in the R1 days when Ebolla, Tiak, Maymne and myself essentially ran the way the game worked and helped make it what it is today. We had to make examples of the broken aspects of the game to such extremes that it gave SGP a negative reputation.


But think about it this way. If SGP wasn't there to bully, we would still be dealing with many of the things that SGP showed Emi were wrong. We just took it to extremes because we actually cared. Funny how we were the 4 most hated players in game, but also the most dedicated. This is why we had to "crack eggs" - because at the time we were THE best. You see it differently because you were constanty comparing yourselves to SGP to define your own power. We wanted to see what we could do ;)

I was just asking for clarification as you seem to have some predisposed ideas about SGP, yet I'm willing to bet you would consider me a personal friend and an avid supporter of the game, so either you are suggesting that SGP is filled with philanthropic individuals who support Hacker Project and claiming that Dama is unlike that, or you're suggesting something else.

The truth is that SGP is filled with a variety of individuals with different ideas and backgrounds from different parts of the world just as any gaming group is. We're here to have fun and to support HP by pushing the game's boundaries, which is what any true hacker would do in any situation: go everywhere, learn everything.

@exousia its true that one or two bad apples can turn the whole crop bad. as for derailment it was already on a SGP rail when i joined in. but i agree - no more comments regarding SGP will come from me in this thread.
