Drop BW on downloads of deleted files

To notify hackers if when they are trying to download a file and it gets deleted half way through, I think the BW should automatically go to 0. This also allows you to tie up your bandwidth (Although someone can simply kill the process).

Yeah ... it is kinda unrealistic that you are still downloading file which does not exists anymore.
I know it is built in like that to make it 'interesting', but still .. not based on real life, is it?
