Heck I remember when I was running 15-20 missions at a time worth 5-30 hpd. Man, that was probably when HP felt the best to play. That and when I finally got the ability to track others down and stop their deletes on the longer ones.

yeah, I sometimes wish I had some competition..then again I don't because most of my important files aren't backed up.

It's a lot easier to get your files completely destroyed when you're newer. I had to do a complete reformat and lost all my files after one particular attack.

Maybe it's just because I don't feel the need to be competitive, that I just don't wander out much without an IP change nearly completed, or just that I don't mess with people, but I've been attacked once and found through IP purchase once in the two months I've been playing HP.
Site Note: It has been alleged that the PvP aspect of HP is broken or stunted. After playing around with Slave Hack over the past 24 hours, I can see a vast difference in PvP. (Been destroyed several times in one day on that game!) Not to derail the topic, and I know this has been mentioned in some suggestions already, but perhaps those who actually have attempted a much more aggressive or PvP style on this game would like to post or send me a PM or two about their experiences in PvP in HP? Or just point me to some relevant threads. I'm going to go do a search anyway, but maybe there were some derailed suggestions that addressed it that I won't find on my own.

Yes, PvP is pretty dead for a hacking game that revolves around it.

Okay, I've officially become so frustrated with Slave Hack that I've quit. Only took 26 hours.

he isn't speaking in metaphors? He's just saying that he's about to commandeer 10 servers into a world-wide internet shutdown. I hope he's bluffing/doesn't know it's 1 rev per person.
