Updated:

- purchase IP can give an IP you already have
- purchase IP costs 5 AP, regardless if IP is found or not
- purchase IP V 5.0 - inf, cost 200k

ok all I gotta say is lol

First it was suggested that you only get IPs not in your IPDB and it gets implemented.

And now that implementation gets reversed.......

Here was the implementation making it so that you could not get a DUPE IP.
