My name is Kingdutch, I play several other browser based games under the same name, so you can find me there. I like computing, I actually found this game looking for articles on how to hack for real :')

For what I've played so far (about 1 and a half day) I've really liked what I've seen but I'd love to get into the social part too since I think alot can also be acomplished with teamwork. (Actually just found that out reading the newspost where 1 was guarding the installations of the other laugh)

So basicly

Hey all! 17

Ghehe thanks, yeh I guess it is.

Although I'm gonna go into networking/game programming where I think it'd help me to know real hacking since I'd understand things about internet and weaknesses better. I guess this game already helps me a little  laugh

We'll see  bodyguard

Well in my country people can only manage to succed in programming if they are really skilled. Otherwise you stand their with an education to a job you cant get employed with. I believe its so over the whole world because programming is very international. The best way to be a programmer is to search for a good job while you are taking courses on your spare time. Its actually what most of the gaming programmers have done. Anyway, I wish you good luck.

Ghehe thanks, I'll see what I'll do, got some years to decide anyway laugh

How's the whole group thing working anyway, like people organise in groups and do what? I'd love to join one, it'd atleast give me something to do :P (Except for the missions of course which take quite long or get finished by someone else)

I could give you some advises about missions;
1. Do several missions at the same time.
2. Do small missions (0.01-50 HPD each) until you find servers without much traffic
3. Do deleting missions. AV and anti-hacker missions only gets you into trouble.

Ghehe, yeah thanks :D

That's what I'm doing now and was already doing, and for a while will keep doing. But when's the time to do the bigger cash stuff? Because upgrading's going to be slow when I'm only doing the low cash ones. 12

In all honesty, sometimes the low pay missions are worth more than the "big scores". Ive lost a TON of missions because higher ups just trample back through the trace and delete your missions. (And we both know who you are!) At slower times, the smaller missions are a better payout with less competition, except for a certain person who speedballs the 5-15 HPD missions (I know who you are too!). Its give and take really, but if your actually succeeding at completing missions, your ahead of the curve as is. Try to find something that coincides with the times your able to log on,if you cant do smaller missions. Finding something that complete when your able to play agin is handy, but there will always be a modicum of dissapointment.

Doing ok with the smaller missions. Although it's quite easy to cut me off as at this moment I'm nor bouncing nor covering up my tracks. Don't really feel it being necessary untill I'm gonna go and plant some virii (That's a latin plural btw  confused2)

Well, if you don't delete your logs, then many, many players will get your IP. It's only a matter of time until someone sees your IP right when he's looking for a new spam farm.

Protip: Cover your logs even when you don't do bad stuff, because your best (and only) protection is to keep your IP secret.

Yeah always protect your gateway. Since.. theres people i know who will turn your server into a .02kb connection speed.. And kill your processes, and prevent you from progressing. Once this happens you have no choice but to format and change IP ( luckily that true light offers free IP change  19 Thank you truelight!

Yay found that out, just getting ready for my own ad farm on someone's gateway finding out my files are mostly gone and I've got some d**n logs encrypted that I can't break  14 a virus installed and another one coming up...

Used the HDD format  10

Even though I already found some nice gear to put on three -.- (He/she cancelled download on that)

Aah well, guess I learned a lesson then :')

Now try to find me!!  12

Just one thing, what does it exactly help to delete logs? I mean people with high log deleters just go and recover some randoms and they'll find me anyway  2

Sorry to bump, post edits havent been submitting here  4 must be me  7

Anyway, I just saw that the HDD wipe is a 2 hour process. As in process meaning that you can press "kill"  confused2

Does that mean that the guy/girl can just admin onto my gateway and stop the formatting process? O.O

Then I'll never get restarted  2
