If I get hacked, and someone installs a Virus, and I change IPs, does the virus info on the Software page view the new IP?

I hack games, not computers, in my life.
I'm NOT SGP, no matter how much I support them on the forums.
Pardus.at. Let me know if you play.

No it does not. And the owner no longer controls the virii in question

But the virus remains installed right? So it still eats BW, CPU and RAM.

What if you change your IP and you have virii installed on other servers? Can you still collect their income after the IP change?

Well, my 'new' question falls under this category, so i won't spam with new topic:
If I change IP on my own server where I have my virii installed (a.k.a farm), do I loose connection to those virii and have to vb them or not?

Ok i'm new to game but find it fascinating. I was downloading a basic file-share virii. Someone hacked gateway, installed my file on my gateway, and... Hide my 'unhide' software...lol I only got 53 Bandwidth total and they keep a vigilant watch as I do so every time I attempt to download an AV or any file they kill the process. Next to my entire bandwidth is taken up so it takes 94 hours to download @ only 3 bandwidth available. Any strategic suggestions on how to circumvent and eradicate this problem?

Hmm, i believe that if you installed the virii by changing your currently active gateway to your farm, ie. not by connecting to the other server and remotely installing them, then the connection SHOULD stay active...not too sure though, too many virii there for me to risk a try-out:) But if someone else knows, then please feel free to share

Hmm, then i think that needs changing asap. Imagine having 100+ fileshares on your "secret" farm gateway, and someone is lucky enough to get the IP from the dealer! Man that would hurt...having to cap all those virii, and not to mention losing the income for 100s of hours
