Title: [Minor] Reflect hardware price reduction in HW page

Well this suggestion is simple, it's to reflect your hardware dealer price reduction ability to the hardware buying page, because it displays full price no matter what.

actually, it reflects gold acc price reduction. but yeah, it could as well reflect dealer connections
