That is a normal message, missions are public you are competing with the others on completing them. It's basically the first to complete the mission is the one who gets the reward and all the others get this message and if they have a del process on the same file it will say "Target file not found!" because someone else got there first. The gateway file delete should work fine now, just tested it. It may have been a bug that was fixed, you should try it now, if you can get a small reward mission it will take only a couple of minutes. Is there anything you can buy to make it go faster, or are you always going to have to wait so long?

It won't go faster because the others will be at a disadvantage but you can upgrade the CPU and if you find secret servers you will have less competition on the missions and be able to run more tasks at once, completing more missions and gaining more HPD. |
