There really isn't a good way to make money at the moment other than delete missions, I just went through and accepted all missions a few cycles through my mission data list... While I was waiting for all my stupid delete missions to finish... You should be asking Xirad how he got up there that quick, not me lol. Although right now power pretty much means nothing.
