Title: Rev activation timer

Hmm ... only one Rev virii can be installed every 6 hours? So to activate 10 virii, at least 60 hours must pass?
Since when is that?

So the rules are:
a) only one Rev can be installed by one player
b) only one Rev can be installed on one server
c) only one Rev can be installed every 6 hours by any player
d) Faith disinfection process can not be killed by any means (except by the activator)
e) it takes the same time to disinfect Rev as it takes to activate it
f) after 10 Rev virii are activated the whole network - all the Revs - must be cleaned in 24 hours for process to end
g) Activating Rev higher then v2.5 is impossible (due to AP)
h) You receive no bonus/award etc for disinfecting Rev virii and no missions are spawned to disinfect it. You only use AP for it and the option to prolong the game.

Also:
i) You can start more than one (unlimited) Rev installs - each user can start unlimited Rev processes - also on one server. However only one process can then be completed, others are waiting for completition (up to 3 days)

No problem :)

So - to the one who is disinfecting Revs - nice timing :)
around 15h till the disinfects are finished (on most of revs, if I am not mistaken) and it would take at least 18 hours (one was activated this hour - 3x6 h) to activate remaining 3 :)

So the round continues ...

with the addition of AP points on faction missions would that mean that AP points can be used to start one higher than 2.5 ?

It would, but not much ... I believe v2.45 in R1 needed 5k AP. So this time 2.5 already needs a bit over 5k.
If someone is very active in missions he can perhaps build up to 200 more AP, but not much more - IMHO...

if you do 10 factions missions within the quick time bonus you can make 250 AP so it's not really that hard to accrue extra AP for installing that LARGE Rev.

i did a full 24 hour blast on faction missions as a test and i'm currently sitting on 6542 AP haven't been playing last 2 days due to the weapons of mass destruction which seem to be hype :P

but i guess i could get upto 8000 easily if someone has a spare one lying around
