It's all personal preference and pointless to argue about.
Both the newer FireFox and IE browser versions support multiple tabs, which is what's being suggested here. Emi has stated outright that he wrote HP to support using multiple tabs for convenience at the discretion of the end user. Color or colour, armor or armour, etc.... Just turn off the spell checker or right click on the word and add "colour" to the browser's dictionary and it's fine.
