Example If your Downloading a file from a server that only has 1,000 and you have 5,000 bandwidth, You can buy the Extra 4,000 Bandwidth for THAT transfer only..No for all Downloads you make. It cost 2,400,000HPD to just transfer one file..If the transfer stopped you lose the cash and file..Its a risk of losing cash and Would make it so that it could'nt really be over abused...
