Title: forum rankings
Post by: bontrose on October 23, 2010, 11:15:26 AM
what are the forum rankings and what do they go up at

i know there are several non-postcount rankings(lik ex's) as well dependent on emi's graces what are those?

edit:

i looked at it and found these

hero member--------------500+     posts
Sr. member----------------250-499 posts
Full member---------------100-249 posts
Jr member-----------------50-99    posts
newbie---------------------0-49      posts

global moderator---------moderates forums for emi
administer-----------------emi
select member------------tridian

i suggest three new positions
lurker----------------------0   posts
spammer------------------2000+ posts
genius---------------------2000+ posts
the difference between spammer and genius is that spammers(me most likely) don't have many good ideas and the arcitect(if they were still around)do

also is there anything currently above hero?

How long has it been since you've seen or heard from Donn, and Triadian is similarly inactive. That just leaves myself and Emi, yes.

Everything of nothing is still nothing dammit.

Think of nothing as nothing.
No-thing

Nothing.

Nothing is a concept that describes the absence of anything at all. Colloquially, the concept is often used to indicate the lack of anything relevant or significant, or to describe a particularly unimportant thing, event, or object. It is contrasted with something and everything. ...

Contrast as you will, but nothing is nothing.

Holy cow, I'm just third in post count!

Now, how active are people here these days?

Title: Re: forum rankings
Post by: Exousia on October 09, 2011, 08:47:39 PM
That, sir, depends on how you define active.

Title: Re: forum rankings
Post by: Andreas on October 10, 2011, 09:34:36 AM
I define large activity as "at least a not easily countable number of participants visiting the forums mostly every day of the week", medium activity as "at least a countable two digit number of participants visiting the forums mostly five days of the week", and minimal activity as "at least a single digit number of participants visiting the forums mostly every week".

1 is a single digit too :P

Yes. I am aware of that.

This forum falls below your definition for minimal activity.  :16:

And this has been the most activity we've had in one day for.. hmm, about a month.

I keep thinking that I made a post in this topic sometime yesterday. Meh. d**n memory.

Title: Re: forum rankings
Post by: Andreas on October 11, 2011, 09:43:55 AM
Heh. Does that mean that I'm one of the most active members right now, with an average of one post each day since my return?

Well, I looked through the most recent posts. There's nothing for me here. So long and thanks for all the fish.

Ps. I don't think anyone here knows/remembers why I would make that particular reference.

Well, I am back, only for just this tiny post. I got bored and decided to check these forums out. Seems like the inactivity is worse than ever.
