Title: File Identifier
Post by: Hatejacket on October 28, 2010, 01:35:17 AM
A file that lets you put in any File ID# and it will tell you if it exists or not. The File Identifier version must be higher than any running Scan Blocker on the server which hosts the file you are searching for.

Have it take a short amount of time to scan (like 15m max or something), with a chance of failing like the IP scanner, etc.

The higher the version, the better the chance of scanning.

Simple enough, right? Update, pl0x!

You could even just add it as a feature of the IP scanner.

So put in the File Number and does it tell you the IP that it currently resides on?

I think it only just tells you if it exists somewhere out there.... though why you'd need such a feature is beyond me.

Emi knows why I want this feature. You guys should too. Sheesh!

I don't see the point.

Maybe something that scans files on a server once youre in so you can see the owner, sort of like an IP scanner but faster because you have admin access.

It is obvious why you would want such a thing.

Then why not just say why.
Make a suggestion then not say what the point in using it is.  :21:
