Its very CPU intensive and is barely used when you can change IP, the only times really used is if an IP change wasnt ready because it timed out or something.

12000CPU for 0.5 is dire at best

So i think make it easier to run or get rid of the % chance to intercept, and have a constant 30 minute process timer

In the past I have suggested chances on this matter so that the RAD has a chance to redirect the malware. When succesfull use of RAD the defender can enter a new IP which will suffer the damage.
Or a bit simpler: the RAD has a chance to cause the malware to damage the attacker instead of the defender.

In other words: the defender can choose the easy way out and change IP or with a bit of work and luck he can make the malware work FOR him instead of against him.

I still think this could work out very well.

In spite of all the fancy new features, the problem remains: IP change is god-mode.

Yes Exo, IP change might still be godmode. But with an upgraded RAD players are encouraged to NOT choose this 'easy way out'.

Ivan no offense man but ppl are always going to IP change, Just bc its a easy way out. and once its done almost impossible to trace

I was talking about the particular case of being attacked with remote malware.
If I was being attacked with remote malware and I could choose either to change IP or to use the RAD to redirect the malware back to the attacker, RAD would be the obvious choice for me.
There must be others sharing this view.

I agree, it would bring some usefulness into RAD software. Right now it is just for show ...
With Ivan's upgrade suggestion it would become interesting and quite powerful counter-attack tool.
