The group server cost is decreased to the default of 500k HPD for first server, 1 mil HPD for second, 2 mil HPD for 3rd, 4 mil HPD 4'th, etc. This will enable some groups to set up more group servers for their members, specializing in different areas, example one for proxy, one for HPD transfers with virii, one for software repository, etc. Cheers!
