Name Min version Max version Price (HPD) Kiddie cracker IP 0.1 0.11 10 The targets you get are random and they could be players of public servers. The version is the min / max software version on the server. Are you sure it wasn't added to the IP atabase by the IP dealer? He does add it automatically once you purchase it. Sorry about that. I'd already added another private after and it seemed I mixed up find locations. :(

Soviet have his 1.0 Firewall which is twice as good as highest IP you could buy (and Im aware of that his IP can pop up if you buy wizard hacker) and soon he would sit there with a v2.0 Firewall and thats four times as much.
