If you have a second server, click bounce on it, then click bounce on your gateway. It also works with any bounce connection. Upload the file that is to be upgraded to preserve the version. You should now be able to upload the file to your own gateway using the other server(s) as proxy. Upload time depends on your bandwidth. Because BW usage just to duplicate a file sucks, don't you think? Althought, it's already better than nothing! How about another option net to the other ones with run/install and upload/download.
