Today the folks at the Faith Union have spotted a member deleting the public Faith AV's. He is changing IP, and as such must quickly be found and nuked. Please PM Ebolla or Hatejacket when you have found any traceable evidence. Those who assist MAY receive something nice in return.

Speaking of nukes, today there was a rather large bomb dropped.

All hardware on the remote system was damaged in the overload.
The remote system lost 7,817 Mhz CPU!
The remote system lost 323,310 kb memory!
The remote system lost 3,810.79 kbs bandwidth!
The remote system lost 2,499.24 Gb HDD!

Estimated damages = ~2 million HPD.

The reasoning for this bombing is more than likely known to the attacker, and as such will be left a private matter unless he chooses to publicize himself (Which he's more than likely afraid to).

And a side note, this will be the ONE and ONLY time that I bring any information regarding the Tsar Weaponry to the HP forums.

The bomb radiated today and 26 0.5 Tsar Shockers were activated upon the secret servers, doing even more damage.

I think it's funny that the nukes (Revelation) are being used by the very people that are trying to prevent Revelation Day from happening.

This reminds me of the current world situation regarding nukes, and I can't help but wonder if using the nukes in this way will not determine even more nukes to be used in return. The Faith Union may very well stir some attention and start a war that will determine others to acquire the Revelation and use it against the Faith Revelation servers.

HJ, I'm still unclear on why I'm being attacked. That's my server, again. You never stated why you attacked my first one; why the vendetta?

I think it is also funny that the FU is using the Rev to kill off servers, if they destroy all of the servers and make it so that you cannot have fights over virii on secret servers and such, than what is the point of the game, it gets boring, than because the fu are the only ones with any power (since they are the only ones with income..) they get bored and  become the Rev union... so than they reset the game because they ruined it themselves...

yea its just like spaceo (Emi's other game) i didnt play it that much but it was pretty obvious when one faction took over it was no fun, so they juist rose in power so the 10 who activated doomsday couldnt be touched when it hit

2> Malware Overload Bombs are being used against NPC and PC servers.

5> Regarding PvP.  The intention of nuking the NPC servers with Overload bombs is to drive people to using Private Farms which is where the REAL PvP in the game comes into context as someone is realizing.

What failed accusations?  None have been made.   Perhaps you should start using Dictionary.com (http://dictionary.reference.com/) to learn what words mean.  And no "poor innocent players" have been touched by Revelations.
How does it level the playing field?  Many players make as much if not more per day than SGP.  Nagitof and Raistlin to name 2 people.
I never tire of playing fair.  I like a fair playing field.  The IP store just made it a lot harder for you to find servers of interest.  I mainly used it for getting more Secret Server IPs as do several in the Faith Union.  Heck in the past 2 weeks I have only bought 90 IPs and the only ones receiving attacks from me are NPC servers.

Im not interested in having a Revelation server since I dont approve the use of Revelation.

But what if someone wants to use a Revelation server for the same reason as SGP does? Will SGP nuke that server and actually damage a player's server which he wanted to use to help protect the world against Revelation, just like you guys?

SGP has already attacked anti-revelation people. For example Raistlin. I am a good friend of him and I know why he has those insane servers. I talked to him before acting. He has no bad intentions whatsoever. He is pro Faith.

I dont believe that I have said something wrong here or accused anyone of doing anything he didnt do. If I have done so then I would like to apologise since its not my intention to harm anyone. So pls no reactions like "you = uberfail" or "there's EoD again" (Im not even EoD anymore).

I just dont understand why innocent people are getting attacked by a virus, that in fact nobody should have. I claim that Raistlin is innocent because the Revelation servers are being used to attack anti-Faith people, unless Ive missed something, and he is not anti-Faith.

When did I hit you?  I know HJ has hit you a couple of times but I don't recall hitting you.  I did hit someone who disinfected my virii without asking first.  Other than that I did hit a True Light Server.

Back when you called out my 100k bandwidth server. You had nothing to do with the malware attacks on it? If that's the case, I apologize for accusing you, though I'm still curious as to why you can't keep SGP (HJ in particular) under control.

HJ is not tamable. He does whatever he wants. That is what makes me respect him. He is part of a group but he will go off on his merry way and defend himself and friends as well.

Raistlin: No I don't recall putting any malware on there.  Besides it would not have done any good as the only malware I have takes 17+ hours to activate.  Correction over 27 hours to install.  So there is no way I would be able to hit a server that is watched with them.  But I also have no problems with other members hitting you based on my personal thoughts on the matter of your servers which I relayed to you when you asked me via PM.

Raistlin: HJ is my pitbull.  He is completely under control.  He is entrusted with the job of seeking out certain individuals servers and hitting them along with letting the rest of the SGP Team know the IPs.  Obviously with such a time sensitive thing it is difficult to coordinate a join attack.

Donn: The actions of one within a group reflects upon the group as a whole.   SGP is an aggressive group.  HJ shows that example with extreme actions at times.   Granted due to RL issues many in SGP are being somewhat quiet at the moment.  But with the current orders given out it will simply be an avalanche when all see the actions.

There are a total of 3 authorized users.  Well the 3rd one has not come forth.  But the FU is allowing 3 with the understanding that they will keep Disinfects going every 24 hours so that there is no way for Pro-Revelations people to take advantage of the rather largish size of the Tsar Weapons.

Mind you all 3 authorized users will be FU and will target any non-FU people who do attempt to download and/or install the virus.

EoD has disinfect several SGP, TNW, and ARC virii.  Sorry but few have a log deleter high enough to cover their tracks. And the majority of those few belong to EoD.  They are not "Poor Innocents".   Raistlin has been told via PM why he is being targeted.  So again he is not a "Poor Innocent".

For most it would be several days of saving to purchase the high level log deleters.  SGP knows for a fact that the majority of the people using them are or were EoD since you have had some members "Jump ship"

Yes but 99% of those players have less than V100 Log Deleters and do get visits from SGP as well

Yes we do use Malware on private and secret servers both.   We are driving people from hiding on Secret servers and forcing them to utilize Private servers thereby allowing the real PvP in the game to begin.

They plan to destroy all secret servers so nobody can use them and everybody will rely on virii farms.
It will affect you big time especially when you are just starting cause you will have no secret server to rely on.

They will destroy enough secrets that they can monitor the rest for Revelation Virii. I am hoping that they will leave them alone and let people PVP over them. That would make things interesting. I am thinking maybe 50 servers total will be left untouched. I know I am putting malware out as well but I am occuping 10 and stopping. I will bomb them and then babysit 10 more. Otherwise I am not in this ordeal.

Maybe SGP should take a hint and take 20 servers a pop and do as I am.

As for the topic, I can't help but think that the first use of Revelation will lead to MAD sometime down the road. It's nice to see how hard these bombs are hitting for though. Scary.

That is not true.  My alt is actually already on a private farm.   I earned up enough to buy a 2nd server and do enough upgrades to install 1 0.1 File Share.  From there it has snowballed to well over 10K an hour income.

Private Farms are the way to go.  They provide a greater amount of security than Secret servers.

The scariest part though is that the NPC Servers are being nuked by Malware and not with the Tsar Weapons.  The Tsar Weapons are being used against Private Servers due to the difficulty of installing Malware on Private Servers belonging to even Semi Active people.

Virii on private servers don't spawn desinfect missions (if I'm correct), which means less profit opportunities for everyone.

But I have long time ago accepted that it happens, people get paid for it.

I was answering Sebs question on how it will affect him : he will have fewer profit opportunities. He will have one way less to make some HPD.

Nobody wants their virii disinfected, whether it be adware, file shares, malware, spyware, sniffers, or revelation.

But the truth is that this is a PvP oriented game. If it were strictly Player vs Server, it would get boring. Fast. It's like hitting a punching bag; the servers don't have any teeth. You want some advice? Move off the public servers as soon as possible. No matter what you do, you're fighting over that server with hundreds of players a day. Think you're going to get anything useful done? Think again.

Here's my advice. Find a secret server. Go through the public logs and find IPs you don't have in your database. After that, check the mission boards of non public servers. They'll have more secret IPs. Check inside all of them, most of them have 20-30kb of open bandwidth that higher players haven't bothered filling. A great spot for an adware or two.

But the public servers are one of the few places PvP happens.. fairly often.  Admittedly it is a fairly restricted PvP, but some none-the-less.

Termul, disinfect missions are less important to me, I also am worried that I will have signifigantly less virii opportunities, but the most important thing is: Will any players be hit hard?

LOL, sorry i k now im Necroing here, but after reading loads of old forum in the last week, Ive come to the conclusion, that Virus man- AKA ebolla and HJ are complete idiots. lol Take the evil TL thing way to far, and if u guys think im bad, u should research SGP, and Virus MAN. lol
