I like it except the
BUT, if another person were to install a FS .3 then the HPD would be divided amongst both virii (whether they collected or not). So with both virii on the server the max that could be gotten by each would be 75 HPD per hour.
Part
if using the equivalent of 150 BW i want to get payed for 150 BW

Either increasing AV power Or making a new software..Be able to trace active Virii connections to the source..
Edit:
Virus Identifier
Then to say i want the odds increased of Finding the person who installed it. Simple because the Virii ID doesnt work.. And im not research A huge one to take a chance...
Also thought if we had software the we could get A IP from...Not the leech..Something that produces IP for you daily (number of IP's depends on version) (also randomized) then we could take out IP dealer..

Be nice if you could buy bandwidth for a transfer...At double cost of course...
Example
If your Downloading a file from a server that only has 1,000 and you have 5,000 bandwidth, You can buy the Extra 4,000 Bandwidth for THAT transfer only..No for all Downloads you make. It cost 2,400,000HPD to just transfer one file..If the transfer stopped you lose the cash and file..Its a risk of losing cash and Would make it so that it could'nt really be over abused...
But im not sure People will like this idea, Just something i thought would be useful..lol
