I don't see the reason, it's a game not real life. patcher I agree to be useless. the compression would also be useless I believe, wouldn't compress enough I think

I as well like this idea, and to come with an extra suggestion to this.
When one of the downloads is completed, let the next one in the list get full bandwidth (or make a priority list and choose from that).
And I would suggest this to be on different ip's as well, except faction missions.

I actully would agree with this suggestion, it would be nice to have an option to reset the cracker timer, instead of killing it.
But I also agree with Wolfdoc that it is a feature that isn't a hurry with, but it still would be nice to see.

I don't think it is that terrible idea, but I would myself change a little.
Yes, I agree with standing points being restricted to each faction so if you change faction it would be reseted.
But the ability point I do not agree with.
The ability point is something you have "earned" and I feel that it would be wrong to be based on each faction.
An ability is after all what you have learned, not what the faction have given you (that's how I see it).
7  Feedback Terminal / Suggestions / Re: HPD Farms - Cash Out on: August 17, 2011, 04:12:16 PM
I actually don't like this idea. The way I see it, it would be way too easy to "steal" money from other people's viruses.
This would probably turn alot of new users away.
If it could be that the time taken to collect it would be double or triple the time it would take to install the virus your stealing from, then I would agree with this suggestion.

If i misunderstood the suggestion, I apologies.

I agree with this, not because of what is already mentioned, but because some people want to only accept certain types of missions.
9  Feedback Terminal / Suggestions / Re: PVP missions - Remove Primary's from accepted missions on: August 17, 2011, 04:03:21 PM
I feel like he is on to something there. as he said when he have completely deleted everything, I feel like there should be like a complete button on those missions that can be clicked after the few couple of hours, instead of just waiting the mission out or pressing delete after the first 24 hours. not all of the lower level hacker missions take that long.... even though I see the reason why it is like it already is, I still feel people should have the opportunity to complete the mission when they feel they have done enough
10  Feedback Terminal / Suggestions / Re: AJAX'it on: August 17, 2011, 03:56:27 PM
yeah, I agree. this game should be ajaxed, as well implement a few more javascript functions so you don't have to refresh the page all the time (like seeing how long it is before a download is complete).
I don't believe neither of those would be hard to implement at all.

Ah suggestion regarding group servers:
Allow a bulleting board on the group servers to allow members to post a mission (with specified details on what to be done)
much like the AI missions only members of the group posted the missions instead (example, delete a file/delete all files on a ip, destroy hardware/software, recover logs to find the hacker etc., or posting missions (from AI) that they try to complete where 70% goes to the one completing it and the 30% to the issuer)
