A hundred or so limbs, attacking you once every 6 seconds (definition of a round)? On average, about 5 hits per round. Which comes out to 50 hits a minute. Given the size of most full grown trees, that's enough to take anyone out.

Durgs.

If you don't have a basic knowledge of D&D, http://www.d20srd.org/ is a good place to look things up.

Also, the second part was the reference, the first part just led into it naturally, i had to throw it into there. Like I said, I've been clean about 5-6 months now.

Nobody wants their virii disinfected, whether it be adware, file shares, malware, spyware, sniffers, or revelation.

But the truth is that this is a PvP oriented game. If it were strictly Player vs Server, it would get boring. Fast. It's like hitting a punching bag; the servers don't have any teeth. You want some advice? Move off the public servers as soon as possible. No matter what you do, you're fighting over that server with hundreds of players a day. Think you're going to get anything useful done? Think again.

Here's my advice. Find a secret server. Go through the public logs and find IPs you don't have in your database. After that, check the mission boards of non public servers. They'll have more secret IPs. Check inside all of them, most of them have 20-30kb of open bandwidth that higher players haven't bothered filling. A great spot for an adware or two.

Why you! Back in my day, 65 bw was the Rolls Royce of transfer speeds!! You young whippersnappers don't know how good you have things. Back in my day, we had to manually complete missions! Then we hacked 10 miles in the snow to delete our logs! Uphill! BOTH WAYS! DURING A SOLAR FLARE!! Confounded youngins don't know how good you have it. We didn't tolerate any of your sass either. If someone uploaded spyware to the publics, we didn't cry like a newborn baby. We found that hooligan and beat the shennanigans out of him!

Gosh durnit my mobo came loose again. Someone call an ambulance...

This is why I would like to end up living in the San Fran area or Canada. Screw the rest of Dumbf**kistan. HP meetup anyone? har har.

P.S. The trees are in league with each other man, even with the bushes. If we went against the trees, the hemp plants would go on strike. They'd STARVE us into submission. Dwarves really are right, trees are out to conquer the world. First the dinosaurs, now us!

Nah, RavenXP.
They will destroy enough secrets that they can monitor the rest for Revelation Virii. I am hoping that they will leave them alone and let people PVP over them. That would make things interesting. I am thinking maybe 50 servers total will be left untouched. I know I am putting malware out as well but I am occuping 10 and stopping. I will bomb them and then babysit 10 more. Otherwise I am not in this ordeal.

Maybe SGP should take a hint and take 20 servers a pop and do as I am.

From Page 1, and I quote Ebolla.

5> Regarding PvP.  The intention of nuking the NPC servers with Overload bombs is to drive people to using Private Farms which is where the REAL PvP in the game comes into context as someone is realizing.

L2R? Mmkay.

As for the topic, I can't help but think that the first use of Revelation will lead to MAD sometime down the road. It's nice to see how hard these bombs are hitting for though. Scary.

Bwahaha. Man, what about the trees then? How do you think they'd feel about that? Their long dead nemesis back to hunt them to extinction. I'd be pissed if that happened.

That track suit idea is something else though.

Good times...good times.

The above is very true. The first time I did it I wound up eating all the leftover food in my fridge. An entire pack of Oreos or container of ice cream usually disappears every session.

I think one of the strangest ideas any of my friends have had was the idea of a subwoofer. Think of a submarine shaped like a dog going 'woof'. Also laughing for 5-10 minutes for little to no reason is acceptable too.

Too bad I've been clean 5 months now. Not my choice, just the area I'm in. Then it's more like once/twice a week on the weekends.

will it change to an acceptable level as the MLB version increases?

Compare the file's version to the damage it caused. In roughly 30 days the bomb cause 7x its version in damage. So if it scales linearly like everything else in this game, a v1 Logic Bomb will cause v7.1605 damage to all files after 30 days, or roughly v1 damage every 4 1/3 days. Considering how many files a main gateway should have on it, that's a good amount of AP and HPD in damages.

Yeah I'm fairly certain it was EoD, I'm 100% sure Damascus and Raistlin have it. It should actually still be on a secret server somewhere, I realized the server didn't have the hardware to run it after I finished uploading it. Go me. -_-

Nope, that one isn't mine, it's actually installed on top of my virii. Don't ask me why it's there, I don't know myself. Put it there weeks ago for who knows what reason. A certain group has actually already stolen and renamed it as well.

 Completing identify virus process...
 Cracking virus signature... done

 Generating virus identity report:
 Vir file: #178964 M.C. Espionage V 15.052
 Vir type: SpyWare
Vir owner: N/A for vir type
Checking for remnants of owner IP...
 Vir file has no owner...

 remote identify vir file #178964 | M.C. Espionage V 15.052 process complete!

From News...
- Virus Identifier returns a "N/A for vir type" to owner in case of Spyware / Revelation virii (2% chance of revealing owner IP still applies)

Just my luck.
