Yeah I know a balance...as has happened many times during a round...Let's not introduce major changes or modifications that will drastically alter the play of the game. If something like this needs to be overhauled..thats fine..make the preperations for this change but don't institute them until the next round....Everyone has the same ability to perform the current abuse to this program and the game remains the same for all....Now that you make a major change like this it changes the entire way in which someone who has played the game a certain way to make a major change.....It's not fair and should be repealed until the next round or at least near the end of this round so as not to drastically alter the gameplay currently in place(once there's about 6-7 rev's up and running would be a fair indication of the end).

I do agree also with the fact that the mission spawns on Barons should be drastically limited if not removed all together...at this point it's almost impossible to disinfect a decent sized baron unless someone just drops out of the game. Maybe retweak the IP Leach program to make it a baron hunting program....have it search across a certain factions intranet structure and specifically seek Baron Virii(yes i spelt it this way..you don't like it you can lick my balls).  That way it makes it not impossible to find a Baron but then again the location of it doesn't just fall into someones lap by checking the daily faction missions.

what would getting rid of these people do or mean to the current status of the forums?.....I think sometimes people just look for crap that has NO meaning to the game itself.

  - reports indicate file is encrypted with V 2.5
  - reports indicate file is hidden with V 3.4

Acutally I think he did lead by example....He read it...so he told you to read it. Education received. Me i didn't read it and probably wont so i'll just mess it up when i go to use it but that's ok.

To expand on this slightly...there could be a mission mailbox specific to each player where factions mail missions to each person so those missions are specific only to them...you log in each day and check your mission dossier to see if any faction has hired you for specific missions...make them much harder than normal missions...like pvp hack this person and do such and such.  Or crack this server and recover a portion of code which also will lead to another server until you have a whole code to submit for payment but make it like a scrambled code so that  you have to enter it correctly...if you enter wrong the mission is cancelled and you get nothing...enter it correctly and you get a rather handsom reward. Make it make it so that during the course of the whole mission you have to use multiple softwares in order to recover the whole code.

Well i guess someone didn't read this or is just plain stupid...I've always played this game in a no harm..no foul..policy...hack me..steal a file..i'm all good....stop my decrypt missions...i stop yours no biggie.....but killing research...thats where i no longer play with this policy...so be warned HP community...I hack a server with research...IT'S DEAD!!! Installing Virii...IT'S DEAD....from here on out i kill everything i come across.   

Is there a way we can make it so you can click to start a PW break and have an option to start as many as you want. Like with a research task you pick how many tasks you want...can that be transferred over to the PW breaker..it's a pain having to start 150 breakers when you start a faction mission run.

Yes I know that in a perfect world once i had them up and running i should just leave them up but that's just not the case and I do know I can just keep tapping F5 over and over.

No Offense..but as a non programmer...who gives a sh*t??? Play the game more and analyze the minute stuff less.

Care to put a wager on that?? You guys haven't even cracked the top 3 yet and your talking top 9....Better slow your roll.
