Alright, I'm the first to admit that it makes sense to limit an upload to the target's bandwidth, but this makes bandwidth substantially less important among equal players. Perhaps have it be something like double the targets bandwidth, so that given two equal players, each trying to infect the other, there is an incentive to upgrade bandwidth?
