Heres a question:

If I have a spyware antivirus on my server, and I want to disinfect a target server from spyware, do i need to upload, or can i do it by running my antivirus on mine?

You run it on your gateway. When you run it you are asked if you would like to disinfect on your gateway or on a remote host. No need to upload it.
