I suppose if you are under a certain age, you could still convert any prizes that you get into in game bonuses using the partner program.

So there is no age requirements to play HP.

interesting idea but if those kids do get it and it does go through ok w/ the government then the "kids" would do better to put it into a savings account for collage(take in mind none will though
