New software type - Process Tracer

Hello everyone,

Added the new software type called "Process Tracer".

This is used to scan / listen on other processes in order to track down the IP that spawned the process.
This only works on process that is foreign to the host, localhost, virii process are excluded.

Process tracer should be usable on all processes that have the little "Log" link on them.
It is also possible to track a process belonging to a "Process Tracer"

Other updates:

- Format HDD max timer set to 48h
- Added a "Software Types" link on the left menu for easier access to software list
- True Light public servers have received, Vir Breaker, Vir Identifier, Process Tracer V 0.1

You also need to add this software to the software dealer. currently then you can only buy the best versions of it not 0.2 0.3 0.4 or 0.5.
