Ive now seen this file spawning on the TL public servers, and above is the message you get when trying to run it, so tell me, what is the purpose of this file outside of the faction missions? (except extra points obviously )

Oh yeah, and how do i go about contacting the system administrator? so i can go about completely destroying TL

I'm pretty sure that's the only point, but it seems unnecessary to have it available outside of that mission.
