no bug - the av and virii spawn when a mega-corp has got to v2.00 in software level
icarus is above v2 and thus are spawning the av

Call me a noob, but how can I find what level each faction is ?
Without going through all the secret servers ofc ....

I believe the only way is to look at their secret servers and see what level protects they've got running.
