when i tried to download anything from a secret hazuka server it had a maximum per item 5.875 band

Bontrose,

 The bandwidth is limited by both your current remaining bandwidth and the remaining bandwidth on the server.  Many of the servers are filled up with virus right which make it difficult to download anything.

When you click on Running software, the very bottom right of the page will say something like 142/150 Kbs Bandwidth.  You will need to examine both yours and the servers from which you are attempting to download from to make sure you have enough bandwidth.

i dowloaded another at the same time and it was at 4.125 bandwidth, i couldn't get either above what they started at
