when i look at my prosesses i see my own ip instead of the remotehost it is supposed to show 21

Your processes on your own machine or on someone else's?

Any process started by you will show the admin IP of the one who started it unless it was "localhost."

I've started to become aware of some discrepancies in the IPs displayed on processes. If you're tinkering around with a remotehost and you go back to localhost and do something, it displays the remotehost's IP as the IP of the server which started the task.

Even had a localhost task with an IP affixed to it that way which I could not kill until I logged into the remotehost IP. That was strange.
