when i started researching for a better program it automatically removed the required amount then when it was finished it asked for the amount again before i could "COMPLETE" it and get my upgraded program, but i didnt have that much.

the same thing happened for when i tried to make an IP change.

i cant find any PROPER report system on this **** website maybe because i simply couldnt find it or maybe [removed by moderator].

Every completed research task modifies any remaining research tasks on that same file to comply with the new requirements. If the hardware is overloaded, you cannot complete any research task.

IP change requires one hour to complete and some hardware usage. Most of us are intelligent enough to anticipate this and "charge up" an IP change by starting it before we wander off and do things that may cause people to want to track us down so all we have to do is complete the task and it's done.

You apparently read everything but the directions.

And the language, even misspelled, I don't appreciate. In fact, your attitude is something we can do without.
