Ok, first question... Should I start uploading "Adware Spam Daemon V 0.1" To start getting extra HPD or stick to mission?

First, make sure there are no SPYWARE on the server you plan on uploading to.  But upload as much as you can.  Get the spam going.  They are a constant stream of income.

Quick note: 

Income for virii as follows:

Spam Daemon = 1.0 * BW used
FileShare  = 1.2 * BW Used


So a .1 Adware Spam Daemon uses 3 BW and will generate 3.6 HPD per hour.

A .1 FileShare Virii uses 50 BW and will generate 50 HPD per hour.


-  Also, before uploading to a server make sure their will be enough bandwidth for your virii to be activated with. 

-  Public Servers have a MAX of .2 program size that can be installed on them.

-  Secret Servers have NO maximum limit.  They are only limited by their bandwidth.

-  Secret Servers reboot, thus causing a loss of your virii.  Check the TIMER in their process log to see if it is worth it to install the virii.  Generally anything over 200+ hours is a good candidate.

-  If when collecting on a virii you get a message that states your HPD has been intercepted (Nice Bright RED letters below your virii collected message) then someone has installed a spyware higher than your virii.  They get your HPD for that virii as well as are informed of your IP address.

-  It is best to fill up the bandwidth of a server, thus preventing said spyware from being installed over the top of your money making virii.

- DO NOT INSTALL adware or fileshare virii on your own server.  Does not bring you any income.

-  Research or find larger spam and fileshare virii to install on other servers.  Fileshare .3 uses 150 BW.  Most servers max out at 150 BW, some max out around 180-190 right now.  You do not need a file share bigger than that.  It is a good idea to have multiple versions of a fileshare/adware.  That way you can install the right virii for the bandwidth needs.

Fixed. Brok you had the income backwards. Generally stick to delete missions first then use the money to upgrade your cpu so you can do more missions. Then upgrade your bandwidth to download better software and upload virii. Lastly upgrade your memory to run the software you download. If you find a good log undeleter download it and start doing "recover codes" missions on your faction servers they will give more hpd per hour than delete file missions.
