Plz, at the moment it takes about 90 hours to delete a 50GB file, and when you've got some really big stuff it takes forever, and people can login and cancel them if i'm not mistaken, which is a pain...

I think they should be 10 times faster.

Thoughts?  21

They already are faster than normal deletes.

Localhost deletes are 10x faster than normal deletes. Alpha suck it up I waited over 100 hours to delete my .1 baron.

I wouldn't mind increasing this to something like 100x 1

I don't want to format a baron installed server, but have some files I'd like to get rid of.

Wisely choose which servers you put your barons on then? At that rate, early on in the game all files would be deleted practically instantly, and how fair is that?

Well I meant 10X faster than it is now, so my 90 hour delete will be 9 hours, I knew it was already faster but higher version files get very big very fast and you shouldn't have to reformat you whole computer because it's faster than deleting a file, thats unrealistic at best  14

And HateJacket you know we're tlaking localhost, it even says localhost in the title. You're just critisizing for the sake of critisising as always  19

Yes, LocalHost deletes only for the increase in delete speed.

Actually, I was responding to Brok's question. Nice job trying to stay relevant, though. /fail

Once again, we forget how "linking" deletes to hardware favors the veterans and represses the noobs.

We are talking about only localhost deletes...
