Max tasks bug

Ginjitsu is disinfecting my baron and malware from a private server, he has the maximum 15 tasks, I try to launch malware from that server back at his IP and i get the max tasks error message, despite having nothing targetted from that server to him

I get it .... you cannot start tasks from a server because there's already 15 tasks comming in from the target server.

That sounds like a true bug to me
