Change PM to email system

right here be my idea xD

instead of just a simple PM (IM) system turn it into a diverse email system where you can send
money to people (Like and attachment) and even send VIRI as an attachment to.

also make public email servers specific to your fraction the place you have to go to make send
and receive emails but act like a regular server either way. (still leaving the side tab for linking
the mail server and showing new 'mail' notifications)

also have a mail attachment intercepting and a proper use for adware daemons and introduce
a spam blocker to block certain level adware etc (if the sound of having 300+ emails a day
because of spam then make the mail server contain a spam folder or just limit the spam mails
to one different [editable] spam per person and a 24h limit)

great for advertising a group xD


but I have wanted a HPD transfer system for AGES now :P

lol I think I just want the game to feel like RL xD but it would be handy sending emails with viri attachments
