Voting Changes

- Giving players the option to choose between HPD and AP beforehand (If possible) would ensure that players actually vote, and not just...Do the other way of voting which I won't explain because some newer gamers may not know about it yet.

Also, because AP is more restrictive to newer players, and <200HPD won't do anyone good over a 24 hour period.

It's pointless in it's current state.

I also would like to see the timers coded to synch with the voting site timers. I'm not actually sure if they all reset at a fixed time every day, but I know a few state on the page that they reset at 12pm, but I forget which time zone.

Allowing us to choose hpd or AP would make me much more inclined to vote.

As a new player, I'm always at the limit of AP, so AP rewart is useless. But I do need the money to make a good start
