Bonus HPD for new accounts

The additional HPD that is given out to new accounts should affect all accounts, dependent upon how many days have passed since the first login for a new round.

you already have the added bonus of experience over the newer players - isn't enough for you, eh?

putting us (we being the ones here first) above the same level as them (newer players) isn't fairplay

and if you really want to have that bonus that badly so then just simply create a new account and lose your old places in the HoF (if thit sacrifice isn't worth it for you then you do not deserve that bonus)
