Optional Defense Pact against Revelation Virus

between the Pro Hackers Group (PHGR) and the Anti-Revelation Virus Group (ARV)
 





Article I
 
PHGR and ARV recognize each other as a sovereign group. This treaty is a symbol of respect towards each other, and both groups henceforth abstain from any hostile actions against each other. As well, should intelligence pass through either signatory that is pertinent to the other, it is required that the information be passed along immediately.
 
Article II
 
PHGR and ARV acknowledge to assist in diplomatic actions, and if necessary, provide optional financial and cyber support at Revelation wartime. Both groups assert to notify of conflicts immediately to ensure prompt mobilization and aid.
 
Article III
 
This treaty is a subject to termination if one of the groups wishes to withdraw from the bind. A 72-hour prior notice must be given to the other party. The treaty can also be promoted to a higher level if both parties approve the change.

Otherwise for individal hackers who are Anti-Rev then either join PHGR or ARV.
