What level attack software do you generally need to crack Admin access on the Secret Servers and does the level of protection tend to vary at all from server to server?

Yes, the level of protection increases as you find out more and more powerful servers, and new server are always spawning as the mega-corps research some mysterious project, I think there are 0.6 protection servers already...
