- when activating viruses, the downloads / uploads used bandwidth is no longer taken into account, only the used band of the other viruses in taken to determine if there is enough bandwidth left to install the virus.

Whoa, that's nasty. That means other people can grab the bandwidth from under my nose while I'm uploading. 2

I need more bandwidth for faster uploads.
