some fixes

- a process that you can kill on the gateway won't take AP even if you kill it on the remote host
- fixed the bug where it took AP while giving the error about not being able to kill because it was not the initiator
- fixed the bug where it took AP when trying to kill a process that was a child

- the notifications of format, IP change and change pass display correctly now, they where not visible due to some restructuring
- votes give HPD or AP, it's a 50% - 50% chance
