Is it possible to have your hardware down-graded by someone attacking you? And if it is, can it go lower than what you start with?

yes, with the overload bomb it is possible to damage hardware.

No, it cannot go below your starting hardware.

You can _not_ do it remotely tough, you have to upload the bomb on their system and install it first... and it has to actually run to make damage, like with the money virs that collect HPD in time, the malware collects attack power 1

Precisely, if they are active they will have some time to see it coming  13

well once installed it's a virus so good luck disinfecting but yeah it needs a little setup, but nothing a good bandwidth connection can't manage...

Then you just goto Software and click Activate Malware from time to time, like zapping someone  laugh
