Now you are wrong. I said press connect and not ping. You never mentioned it would map the IP while connecting, just when pinging.

You dont need to get sassy just because of that. I would expect this from HJ instead. (No offense HJ.)

We feed off of each other from time to time.

Anyways, I think Ebolla wants to know how many people have successfully connected to the server when you ping it.

Geth = /Uber Fail
Reason why?
You failed to learn what expand means or catch the fact that I was expanding upon your suggestion.

Ok, so I do not know english very well. No reason to be so hostile about it.
Also, what does "Geth = /Uber Fail" mean?

Besides all that.
It is a good suggestion, that's what counts.

"Anyways, I think Ebolla wants to know how many people have successfully connected to the server when you ping it."
Thank you for explaining.

It means you have said/done something stupid or have simply failed with doing something.

And yes, its a good suggestion but should I say this when I started the topic?

Ive noticed.

Anyways, I think Ebolla wants to know how many people have successfully connected to the server when you ping it.

Thats good. Could Ebolla himself explain what he meant?

It would be better if pinging a IP automatically adds it to the IP DB when it shows it is a existing server. As it doesn't crowd HP with unnessesary buttons, it will also make Ping a more used feature.

I would expand that to include "Successful Connects"

Thats good. Could Ebolla himself explain what he meant?

Simply what I said.  If you make it so that when you ping an IP and it is alive it gets automatically added to the IPDB then you should do the same for connecting.  After all both functions show the same thing.  If there is a server or not.
