My point exactly. And you'd have to keep the file running until the download is completed. If you (or someone else) kills the download manager there will be no chance to resume downloading.
Fairly balanced also since people with such huge files have other good software too to protect themselves. Question is.. Can it be implemented? Tri, what do you think?

You actually want to make it possible to continue downloading a file. Huge files which are almost impossible to download unless the target is offline for x days, can be downloaded then.
Interesting idea imo since it makes it possible to download each file and not just those 'small' enough. It adds another activity to the game (looking for that d**n file you started downloading yesterday but couldn't complete since it's xxx Gb) and slightly stimulates the PVP aspect.

- Most hours researched?
- Highest file researched?
- Top version of each file was researched by who?
'Research' is the most interesting, imo, since it's also related to your income, your hardware, your input and time spent on the game. Of course some prefer to do it otherwise, just hack people and steal files. But even those top players research crack software or other stuff.

Only thing you can bother someone with is killing mission/research processes..
(Un-)Hiding process should be shorter but should cost a lot more AP then. Annoying newbies or solo players, so nerf?! Then they should, instead of leaving/formatting and admitting defeat, interact with the top players and ask for help - "Unhide please :p" - in exchange for.. Knowledge? Income? Software?
btw docslax & SGP, good luck ^^

Declaring war on SGP gets you hurt? I never noticed that although I've also never publicly declared war lol ^^
And unless something changed since I went on HP-vacation, you'll need a long time to hide those high files :p
Good luck with hiding software on an active player's server :p

"Accept all" would indeed make the gathering missions go faster..
Even be nicer to put them separate automatically. So you can choose to see all faction missions or only recover code missions/ s&d missions.
In another game I play, they just make an options tab where you can select what you want to see and how.
To personalize your game experience a bit more.
