As for the 'tax' option, which option would go through first? Would group tax be applied first or would the user's tax be applied first?

Basicly, you select missions you want to take (a checkbox like mission removal) and then accept selected to accept whatever you selected.

Its ment to speed up mission selection process slightly. While you could Accept All and then remove the ones you don't want to take, this just simplifies the process for accepting missions of a certian type.

Public server mission select could be for regular members while faction accept selected could be for gold members.

You do work for factions, you gain standing. More standing gets you ability points.

You never use the points because you don't like the abilities that the faction has. You leave that faction for another one. Your standing with your previous faction is reduced to 0. But you still keep the ability points.

Now, from the game lore, im assuming that the corperations dislike each other. So, why would they allow you to use ability points that you gained while working with a enemy faction?

My suguestion is simple. Divide faction points into 5 groups. One group for each faction, and a group that can be used for any faction. You leave a faction, lose all standing, and access to whatever points you gained in that faction that you never used. You rejoin them later, you get access to the points you didn't use earlier.

The 5th group would be were the ability points you get for donating, or as a reward for voting, would go. If you don't intend on rejoining a faction, you could also convert your faction points into general points that can be used for whatever faction you wish. (Im unsure how they would convert though. I guess 2/1 ratio though)

So points are distributed per hardware type?

As for calculating the HW damage cost, it is based upon orginal cost or what it cost's you or the person you attacked? (Does the cost calculation take into account gold member discount and/or hardware dealer ability?)

Ps which of ur ideas do u thinks Is a large update?

Most of my updates are more about simplifying certian parts of the game.

The largest update idea I have would most likely be the missions idea's i've had, or the new programs idea i've had (But they were suguested before so I guess I can't really call them my ideas). Other then that they are all smaller updates.

Only reason I did is because they were changed via filter to something that didn't make much sence.

But as for larger updates, its been over half a year since the add-on's in progress forum has been updated. Sorry for assuming that it would be kept up to date.

While you COULD start another server crack on it, it would still be nice to have the option to reset a task... Or, at the very least, something to prevent you from accidently trying to crack the same ip numerous times.

Also, HJ, please don't spam my topic with worthless posts. Unless you have something useful to add to this discussion, please, don't post.

This is mainly for pass cracking, but it might be able to be used by other programs.

Instead of having to kill a task why couldn't we just reset that task? for pass crackers it will cancel the current ip that it is cracking but still keep the pass cracker itself running.

I run 20+ pass cracks at a time and its kind of annoying to have to end and restart a number of them when I accidently crack the same ip multipule times. (I keep a tab showing missions, and then connect to a ip in a new tab. I start cracking that pass, close tab, connect to another ip in a new tab. Sometimes it doesn't change and I end up having 5 or 6 pass crackers cracking the same pass)
