I think it would be good if there was a dynamic distrobution. Like set all transfers only to use half the bandwidth. Cause right now there are a few problems that make it hard to do manualy.

E.G.


spyware upload- 25
spyware upload- 25
spyware upload- 25
spyware upload- 25
spyware upload- 25

using 125 out of 250 kbps

The whole transfer management system is buggy and awkward so anything which simplifies it is a welcome suggestion in my book.
